A Little About Swift

At Swift Home Improvement we make your project our number one priority. Our company is small by design, owned and operated by brothers with 10 years of experience in construction, we aim to offer our clients a more personal and comfortable remodeling experience. Kitchen, bath, and living spaces can be stressful projects to tackle but with our company we work for you, taking the time to answer your questions and keep you informed throughout the whole process. We look forward to working with our clients to create timeless designs and styles that give their homes character and value. We’ve cultivated great working relationships with local craftsmen and suppliers to guarantee that even the most complicated projects can be completed efficiently and to our high standard of quality. Michael

Michael got into construction in college doing framing for custom homes. This laid the foundation for skills in carpentry, excellence in craftsmanship and timely project completion that would carry over into his work for years to come. Career opportunities led to experience with project management, $1M property development projects, and marketing. But the joy of building and creating always remained a passion. Constant home improvement projects for himself and others kept expanding his skills along with forays into furniture restoration, and then eventually custom furniture. He eventually turned the hobby into a successful handyman business in 2017. Now, with the addition of Isaac on the team, Swift Home Improvement is growing to focus on their collective  passion: custom kitchen and bath renovations.

Isaac

Isaac was born and raised in Alaska, moved to California, and then to Colorado where he started a farrier practice that would cover an area from Fort Collins to Parker. The farrier practice allowed him to get to know some of the best parts of Colorado while meeting the very diverse people, culture, and beautiful outdoors that make up this state. His over 5 years of construction experience is varied; in Alaska he worked with companies focusing on interior and exterior remodel work with an emphasis on harsh climate durability, in California his work was with home energy efficiency companies focused on replacing outdated windows, doors, and siding with modern efficient technologies. Now he and his wife live in the country east of Monument where she is a doctor for a equine veterinary clinic and he is a partner in Swift Home Improvement.
